Parent company of home appliance brand Beko Plc, Arçelik has been recognised in Corporate Knights The Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations for the second year in a row, ranked 57 in 2022.
The 2022 Global 100 Index is the 18th annual ranking of the world’s 100 most sustainable companies and recognises organisations leading the race to zero carbon emissions.
It celebrates world leaders in corporate sustainability, raising awareness of those that have been able to balance environmental, social and economic performance while also delivering “superior” returns.

This recognition follows a year that saw Arçelik presented His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales’ Terra Carta Seal during COP26 in Glasgow, in recognition to creating a sustainable future.
In addition, the company also achieved the highest score withing the DHP Household Durables sector in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the third consecutive year.
Further CEO of the company Hakan Bulgurlu joined The World Economic Forum Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders; a group of 70 global chief executives driving cross-sector collaboration to accelerate to a net zero economy.
