Trade association for independent KBB retailers, the Kbsa has announced business futurist and thought leader Kate Ancketill will present the keynote speech at its 2022 Kitchen and Bathroom Conference.

She is founder at London-based retail trend consultancy, GDR Creative Intelligence which identifies global retail trends with a short to medium-term focus.

With more than 21 years of experience in trends affecting business sectors and consumer behaviour, Ancketill shares her insights around the world.

She is the innovation partner to around 30 of the world’s largest consumer brands, supplying consultancy and professional speaking, for the likes of P&G, Tesco, Waitrose, Target, Sephora, Microsoft and Google.

In 2017, she was the keynote speaker on trends at the world’s largest retail conference, the National Retail Federation in January 2017 in New York.

Kate Ancketill joins the panel of Kbsa conference speakers which include performance psychologist Dr Martin Littlewood, business coach Andy MacLachlan and host BBC journalist and broadcaster Juliet Morris.

British comic writer and actress Sally Phillips will be the host of the Kbsa Designer Awards, in the evening.
