Rental homes brand Tipi has revealed a collaboration between the build to rent sector and furnishing retailer John Lewis in its Landsby development at Wembley Park, London.
If Landsby residents choose a furnished apartment, they can select from two interior colour palettes with furniture and accessories picked by John Lewis.
However, if an apartment is rented as unfurnished, Tipi will offer vouchers to spend with the retailer and offer a home design consultation with John Lewis.

The collaboration is a first for the sector, where the Landsby development will also see the first pet-friendly homes, first zero deposits for new residents and Samsung built-in appliances as standard.
Managing director of Tipi Rajesh Shah commented: “We are delighted to be working with John Lewis to offer residents a quality rental experience.
“This is the next step to progressing Tipi’s commitment to providing renters with their ideal home.
“We want to ensure that our residents are able to experience the very best, from the plethora of Tipi Perks that we offer to the fashionable interiors.”
