More than 15,000 visitors attended the 2018 show, with exhibitors up 25% from 2016
UBM, the organiser of kitchen and bathroom trade exhibition kbb Birmingham, has claimed the event to be the best yet.
More than 15,000 people attended the show, including a record number of international visitors up 14% from its previous outing in 2016.
Kbb Birmingham played host to 25% more exhibitors than 2016 and also covered a greater floorspace, which was 18% larger than its last event. (See our exhibitor interviews from the show).

Alongside the exhibitors, the show played host to a Retail and Design conference and included a feature The Rock, created by award-winning designer Colin Wong, which investigated future kitchen architecture.
Head of marketing at Smeg John Davies commented: “This is the first time we’ve exhibited since 2008 and we chose to come back after seeing the strength the show had in 2016 when we came as visitors.”
In fact such has been the response to the show; UBM has already reported 75% of exhibitors have rebooked for the next event, kbb 2020.
Sales director at kbb Birmingham Jon Johnston said: “We’ve had another outstanding kbb celebrating the incredibly forward-facing and innovative solutions in the industry. We have exciting plans for the next edition of kbb Birmingham and are already in a strong place reaffirmed by our rebook figures.”
