Trade association the Kbsa has announced the date of the 2024 KBB Industry Conference, as October 9, returning to the Belfry Hotel and Resort in the West Midlands.
The KBB Industry Conference will be followed by the Designer Awards ceremony, which recognises the design skills of independent retailers.
Providing an additional opportunity to network with business owners, the Retailer Dinner will take place the evening before the conference, on October 8.

Last year, the theme of the Kbsa Conference was Ingenuity & Building Success and included talks by Professor Charles Spence on Sensehacking showrooms and AI professional Mike Bradley on the impact of the technology on KBB retail.
It also included a Big Debate panel of retailers, chaired by BBC presenter Juliet Morris, on key themes affecting their businesses, including their view on apprenticeships.
