Roca Group has acquired US bathroom furniture specialist Madeli, strengthening its presence in the USA.
The Florida-based company brings a network of 500 stockists in the United States to the Roca Group portfolio.
Madeli is a manufacturer of premium bathroom furniture and mirrors, with Italian-influenced designs and has a turnover of $13million and the intention is to boost the business over the next few years.

It is the latest investment into the US market for Roca Group, which includes Mexican porcelain and brassware factories (in Monterrey, Puebla and Guadalajara), which it acquired in 2016.
In addition, the bathroom manufacturer has also developed architectural and interior design projects, from hotels to luxury apartments, in New York, Washington, Miami and Atlanta.
According to the Roca Group, the acquisition of Madeli is strategic, as furniture drives the purchase of all the other products in a bathroom and will see its product catalogue shared via the 500 new stockists.
Managing Director of Roca UK & Ireland Rashpal Sidhu said, “The acquisition of Madeli has further strengthened Roca Group’s reputation as a specialist in bathroom furniture.
“This move has enhanced our presence in the global market and helped us maintain our position as a leader in complete bathroom solutions.
“Additionally, it has expanded the range of products we can offer consumers in the USA. It’s a very exciting new chapter for Roca Group globally.”
Roca Group launched a global corporate venture fund of €25million, last year, to invest in start-ups and entrepreneurial projects.
