Symphony named Barratt’s Best Service Provider

Fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture manufacturer Symphony Group has been named the Best Service Provider by Barratt Developments, following the monitoring of supplier scores throughout 2018/19.

The award recognises levels of service across areas such as design, manufacturing, delivery, installation and after-sales.

Chosen for its focused approach, high standards in key relationships and delivering constantly on each project, Symphony Group was presented the honour.

Group procurement manager of Barratt Developments John Adams said: “Symphony have improved their scoring consistently over recent years.

“When you consider the magnitude and complexity of the products they supply to us, which includes both supplying and fitting our kitchens, they fully deserve to win this award.

“Symphony offer us a tremendous amount of support in advising us on customer options and taking a lead role in supporting and working closely with our group design and technical teams.”
