As the primary distributor for Axiom by Formica Group, Formica Prima and Aria, Wex Trade will offer sales support, ordering, a fabrication service and in-house two-person delivery team.
Claimed to be UK’s only supplier and distributor to solely specialise in worktops for the trade, as part of Broadview Holdings Group which also owns Formica, WEX Trade has ‘end to end’ manufacturing to distribution model.
According to the company, it sets them apart from their competitors, offering competitive pricing and “market-leading” stock availability.
“This move is something that we believe will benefit the brand and also the kitchen studios who stock these market leading worktops ranges,” commented Ryan Smith, Head of Residential at Formica and WEX Trade.
“WEX Trade has been a Formica worktop supplier for two years, so the team is already hugely knowledgeable about the range of products available.
“Being part of Broadview Holdings Group means benefitting from easy access to businesses that operate at every stage of the supply chain.
“A point of difference, it means that we can cut out any inefficiencies to offer a more streamlined service from manufacturing right through to delivery.
“It’s an exciting new phase in WEX Trade’s history and one which we are looking forward to investing in for the long term.”
Customers who open a WEX Trade account for future orders will benefit from an additional 10% discount on all Formica products for the first 30 days.
