Merchant group Wolseley UK has announced a formal exchange of contracts with Saint-Gobain for the acquisition of Ideal Bathrooms.
It follows on from the acquisition of Neville Lumb, DHS and Bassetts, who were also owned by Saint-Gobain, and statement it was in exclusive negotiations to buy Ideal Bathrooms.
The deal will see nearly two hundred people move across from Saint-Gobain to Wolseley UK.
