National retailer Wren Kitchens has unveiled its plans of working in the housebuild market, in what it says is a “disruptive” move.
Although the company has been active in the contracts sector for 12 months, to bed in and test processes, it has now gone live with its offer.
Heading up the team is sales director for Wren Kitchens Contracts Damian Sheridan, who has 25 years’ experience in contract sales.

Damian Sheridan commented: “Twelve months in the planning and development has given us ample opportunity to test and tweak the Contracts department to ensure we were in the best shape possible to publicly go live with an industry leading service that aligns to our reputation.
Targeting small, local builders through to national property developers, Wren has an ambition to be a “significant” supplier to the trade.
Sheriden commented: “We are already successfully on sites of 190+high rise plots and have all the necessary trade accreditations to verify our market leading approach to the contracts sector.
According to Wren it provides an “unparalleled” offering from its entire range of fitted kitchens, as well as its quartz worktops and fitted bedrooms.
The retailer also highlighted call off periods from as little as two weeks to help housebuilders streamline their projects.
However Wren says the move will not change its focus on retail, as Sheridan added: “Absolutely not. We are an ambitious business where growth and diversification is well planned and sustainable, definitely not at the expense of other areas of the business.
“We are the UK’s number one kitchen retailer and we will maintain that position, our aim is to also be the supplier of choice in the housebuilder and developer market.
“This also complements our move into the social housing sector and the development of our fitted Bedroom furniture offering too.
Wren Kitchens has 110 showrooms in the UK, delivered more than 120,000 kitchens last year, which are all manufactured in the UK.
