Retailer Wren Kitchens is set to open its 83rd showroom in the UK at Sundome Retail Park in Shrewbury on October 11.
The 17,353sqft showroom has undergone an internal and external refurbishment programme and created 23 jobs.
It forms part of the company’s retail expansion plans, which will see it open 13 showrooms across the UK, with a further 16 planned in 2020.

Wren Kitchens Shrewsbury showroom manager commented: “We’re adding the finishing touches to the showroom, now, to ensure it has a real impact when customers walk through the doors.
“Over the the last three months, the showroom has been stripped back to a complete shell, we’ve maximised the space by adding a mezzanine floor, and it’s been kitted out to the highest standard.”
He continued: “We’ve even invested in a virtual reality room where dream kitchens will be brought to life using the most innovative technology.”
Wren Kitchens has recently opened showrooms in Blackburn, Sunderland and Tamworth.
The company was founded 10 years’ ago and is a privately owned designer, manufacturer and retailer of kitchens.
Headquartered in Barton-upon-Humber in North Lincolnshire, it makes the kitchen furniture in its Yorkshire and Lincolnshire factories.
It then delivers the furniture in its fleet of over 180 lorries and the kitchens are installed by its own fitting teams.
