Herrett has joined the company from Wolseley UK where he was the UK & ROI branch director and led business operations [including Plumb Centre, Parts Centre, Drain Centre and William Wilson in Scotland], the business transformation programme, and the bathroom showroom business model.
Prior to that he worked for B&Q across operations and business development, where led the customer and efficiency rebuild of showrooms and installations.
He was responsible for creating theTradePoint business and became commercial director with responsibility for buying, merchandising, marketing, CSR and business development.

Herrett’s early career was spent in Marks & Spencer with roles in stores, through to food buying, programme management and food operations.
