Omega PLC has promoted Ben Jones to the role of creative lead design manager and Ashley Gerrard to retail design manager
British kitchen manufacturer Omega PLC has announce the promotion of Ben Jones to the role of creative lead design manager and Ashley Gerrard to retail design manager.
Both promotions are to support the company’s commitment to providing design to its customers.
Ben Jones has worked for the Yorkshire based business for over 15 years and in his new role, he will be responsible for the strategic design direction of the business.

He will also support the retail and contracts asles process by providing design and product expertise to customers.
Working with the technical team, Jones will support, develop and implement new product into their chosen markets.
Ashley Gerrard has worked at Omega for over four years and has a wealth of experience in project and retail design in the kitchen manufacturing and retail sector.
In his new role, he will take control of design fulfilment projects across the retail business including customer displays, VIP commissions and Omega’s internal showrooms.
Commenting on these promotions, Andrew Rawlinson, head of retail operations, S & OP and Quality said:“I am delighted to confirm Ben and Ash in their new roles which will enable us to offer yet more high-level design and new product expertise to our retail and contracts customers and our sales teams going forward.”
It follows on from the promotion of Rob Bongard to head of retail sales.
