Created to meet the needs of price conscious developers and the project sector, Duravit has introduced the SensoWash D-Neo.
It offers shower toilet hygiene with heated seat, programmable settings, and light for added security when using the WC at night.
Boasting a user ID, Duravit offers three shower flow types, with choice of water temperature and pressure, and seat heating timer that can be individually configured

All functions are managed intuitively via a remote control and there is a seat sensor to prevent the shower function from being activated when not needed.
Designed with a focus on hygiene, the SensoWash D-Neo features antimicrobial stainless steel for the shower wand, which has automatic pre and post cleaning.
The rimless WC boasts separate showerhead jets for Ladywash and Rearwash, and boasts antibacterial HygieneGlaze ceramic glaze, which is claimed to eliminate nearly all bacteria after 24 hours.
Duravit unveiled its premium Artisan lines series, which included the Vitrium Collection by Christian Werner, Bento Starck by Philippe Starck and Qatego from Studio F.A. Porsche.
Sintered stone manufacturer Neolith has launched Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset, inspired by nature and classical architecture, and for use in kitchens or bathrooms walls, floors, in gardens or facades.
They belong to The New Classtone and Fusioncollections which interpret marble and natural stone, respectively, and boast Neolith’s antibacterial NeolEAT technology.
Inspired by Ancient Rome, Calacatta Roma (pictured top) pays homage to Italian Carrara marble, with ochre and grey veins in a white background.
While the Cappadocia region, in central Turkey, with its rock formations formed by volcanoes and underground cities, has inspired Cappadocia Sunset (pictured below).
Just like all of Neolith’s surfaces, Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset are resistant to heat and atmospheric conditions, are 100% recyclable, and do not contain added quartz to their formulation.
