Bathroom manufacturer Hib has appointed its 100th employee, with Engin Fehim who has joined the company as a customer service advisor.
In his new role, Fehim will be responsible for upholding the standards of HiB’s customer service and will be engaging with customers on a day-to-day basis.
Previously a manager in the pub trade, he has a background in customer relations.

Commenting on his role, Engin said: “I am delighted to have joined HiB, and am proud to be its 100th employee.
“I have received an extremely warm welcome from the team, as well as a thorough two-week induction which made me feel completely supported.

Founded almost 30 years ago, HiB began as a single person operation back in 1990.
Today it operates intentionally and has achieved 20% growth each year, over the last four years.
HiB has recently scooped a trio of awards from buying group Fortis.
