Casley worked for GDHA for more than two decades, having initially joined the company as business development manager of the Bellign brand.
He helped transform the brand and oversaw its expansion from an electric cooking brand to become a kitchen appliance manufacturer.
Managing director of Glen Dimplex Home Appliances Mark Davison said: “We are delighted to welcome Mike into this position.
“He has a good understanding of the business through his time with the Medical Appliances business and is looking forward to spending time getting to know the customers and suppliers of the wider GDHA business and brands.
“We would also like to wish Jonathan well for the future. He has been an important part of the team for many years and I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his loyal and dedicated service.”
Mike Butt’s appointment follows the recent announcement that Andy Warren has joined GDHA as head of channel for kitchen specialists.
