He previously worked at BSH Home Appliances as senior account manager for SDA and floorcare, and Vestel UK as key account manager for OEM white goods.
In this new role, Harris will be responsible for developing Rangemaster sales across all channels in the UK market, and will be in charge of national account and retail teams.
Harris will report directly to commercial director of Middleby Residential UK Iskender Diker.
Commenting on his new role, Lee Harris said: “I’m proud to have been recognised for my hard work over the last three years.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with our national accounts and retail teams to maximise sales opportunities across our portfolio and drive company growth.
“Over the last two years, the business has expanded its range cooking, freestanding and built-in product offering to provide a one-stop shop for both retailers and consumers.
“It’s important we don’t rest on our laurels, so the next step is to build an even more compelling product offering that not only exceeds customer expectations but strengthens Rangemaster’s position as the quintessential ingredient to the perfect kitchen.”
