French kitchen and furniture manufacturer Schmidt has embraced the trend for Japandi, a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian styles, with its Bosca door in Amber Oak.

Bosca features natural timber and grooved wood to add textural and visual appeal, whether for a statement island, tall floor to ceiling cupboards, base or wall units.

It comes in Amber Oak which is a rich, knotted oak palette to add character to a modern interior, new-build or period properties.

Crafted from high density particleboard with a knotted oak veneer, the doors feature a mix of sawn and straight grain timber for a natural look and feel.

For a more bespoke finish, a mix of smooth and knotted wood gives it that personal touch.

As well as bringing the Japandi look to the kitchen, the Bosca door from Schmidt can also be used to connect the kitchen to other spaces such the living area, home office and hallway.

Sideboards and storage or drinks cabinets can also be designed in a matching front for a fully co-ordinated interior.

It follows the recent launch of Schmidt’s Wonder Wall storage which can be used as a room divider.
