The Kbsa has announced online bookings for its KBB Industry Conference 2024, which takes place at the Belfry Hotel and Resort, West Midlands, are now live.

Experienced broadcast journalist Emma Crosby will facilitate the conference which has a theme of empowering and enhancing excellence, and comedian Ronni Ancona will host the Kbsa Design Awards dinner.
“We are delighted with the positive response to this year’s theme and are building an agenda designed to inspire and inform,” said Kbsa chair Richard Hibbert.

He commented on the content of the conference: “The Big Debate will take place again, with a number of new elements to make this format even more engaging.
“Guest speakers are yet to be announced but will cover topics that are relevant to the KBB retail market. These will include sales and marketing, artificial intelligence and business coaching.”
Richard Hibbert concluded: “We hope to attract even more retailers than last year for what will be a must attend event.”
The KBB Industry Conference 2024 will include the retailer dinner on October 8, with the Design Awards following the conference on October 9.
