British range cooker manufacturer Rangemaster has welcomed Matt Western, MP for Warwick and Leamington, to its factory.
The planned visit involved a tour of Rangemaster’s manufacturing facilities in Leamington Spa, including the training academy, press shop, assembly line and its new new paint plant.
Rangemaster has recently unveiled a new brand identity and logo, invested in new production lines to develop new range cooker configurations and specification differences between product families, as well as having invested in a powder paint facility.

Commenting on the visit, Jason Allaway said: “We were delighted that Matt took time out of his busy schedule ahead of the local election to visit our Leamington Spa factory; we were pleased to show him the latest developments at the site following the recent investment, such as the new production lines and powder paint facility.
“We were encouraged by Matt’s interest in our level of apprenticeship opportunities and the diverse range of skills required to manufacture our range cookers.”
MP Matt Western said: “Eight years on since my last visit, I was pleased to have the opportunity to once more walk around the Rangemaster manufacturing facility here in Leamington and see first-hand the level of investment they are putting into our town.
“The factory tour was fascinating and gave a real insight into the level of work and expertise that goes into making one of the most famous Leamington-made products.
“A big thank you to the team for the warm welcome and a great visit.”
