British handmade kitchen brand Olive & Barr has appointed Destiny Smith as its sales & creative director.

In her new role, she has joined the team to implement new strategies to enhance and grow sales performance, continuing to build Olive & Barr as a household name.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the KBB industry, Smith  has a background in design- driven sales and strategic partnership.

She joins the company from Harvey Jones Kitchens where she was employed as senior kitchen designer before working her way up to partnership sales manager.

Olive & Barr has recently opened its third showroom in Gloucestershire, adding to studios in South London and Malvern.
