Bathroom brand Villeroy & Boch has reorganised its management board responsibilities with effect from August 1, 2024.
It follows the acquisition of all operating companies of the Ideal Standard, earlier this year.
The current Bathroom & Wellness division will be merged with Ideal Standard and divided into the three functional areas: Operations, Sales and Marketing/R&D/Product Management.

The Operations area will be assigned to a new position of chief operations officer Bathroom & Wellness (COO B&W) Georg Lörz.
Purchasing and ESG will also fall under the remit of Lörz.
Managing director of Ideal Standard Jan Peter Tewes will become executive vice president sales Bath & Wellness.
He will be joined by executive vice president marketing/R&D/product management, yet to be named.
Both positions are established below the management board and will report to the chairwomen of the management board (CEO) Gabi Schupp.
