Poggenpohl managing director Sharon Wallis has been awarded the ‘Most Influential’ MD, within the KBB market, by Acquisition International Magazine.
Managing director of luxury kitchen brand Poggenpohl, Sharon Wallis has been awarded the ‘Most Influential’ MD, within the KBB market, by Acquisition International Magazine.
The honour forms part of the Influential Businesswoman Awards programme, launched in 2016 by Acquisition International Magazine.
This awards programme was created to celebrate the achievements of women throughout a variety of industries.

Having worked for German furniture manufacturer Poggenpohl since 2006, initially as financial director, Wallis took over as MD in 2020.
Commenting about her role on LinkedIn, Sharon Wallis states: “I have been focused on all key areas of the business to maximise sustainable growth across our five owned studios, projects division and independent partners whilst maintaining responsibility for finance and reporting directly to the CEO of our Group in Germany including wider management in China.
“An important asset to the success of our business is our people and I have concentrated on further developing the team, supporting as necessary tools to deliver at the required level whilst creating a platform for the team to input and be part of the success & development of our brand.”
