British manufacturer Masterclass Kitchens has expanded its team with the appointment of three key Emily West, Paul Crutcher and Izzy Richards-Smith.
British manufacturer Masterclass Kitchens has expanded its team with the appointment of three key Emily West, Paul Crutcher and Izzy Richards-Smith.
With 25 years’ experience in the industry, Paul Crutcher has joined the company as group manufacturing director.
Bringing knowledge of manufacturing, technical and engineering, supply chain, procurement, customer service and IT strategy to his role, Crutcher is tasked to drive innovation and efficiency within the company.

Emily West has joined the team as a customer service assistant and will be focused on order processing, customer relationship management, delivery scheduling and after-sales service.
Completing the trio, Izzy Richards-Smith has taken on the role of content creator for the brand’s marketing team.
With a background in the luxury yacht manufacturing industry, she brings knowledge and creative flair to bring a new dimension to the brand’s marketing campaigns.
Masterclass Kitchens has also recently appointed an area sales manager for East Anglia, Essex and North London.
