Kitchen retailer Magnet has launched its store management campaign, this month, to find the next generation of store managers and is inviting people who may be facing redundancy to apply.
The campaign has a focus on providing jobs and driving greater investment across its stores.
Figures from Magnet show the average length of service for store managers is almost 10 years, with many of the current leadership team having started their careers in store roles.
