Interior Door Systems has invested £350,000 into a factory refurbishment, which is the second largest investment for the company.
With this upgrade, the company has increased its output capacity tenfold while supporting its environmental objectives.
The refurbishment includes the addition of an in-house steel mill, re-enforcing the company’s dedication to Made in Britain craftsmanship.

In also boasts next generation CNC and drilling machinery for hinge and sliding doors, as well as full carcase interior systems and upgraded edge bander technology, from 4m to 27m per minute.
While meeting its sustainability ambitions, it has introduced a dust extraction system to create a safer working environment, multi fuel energy system for waste to power operations.
It has also developed a community scheme by providing excess waste to a local school’s woodworking department, fostering educational growth.
