Owner of online retailer Drench, Beyond Retail will open a ‘bricks and mortar’ store, this month, to serve retail and trade customers on the South Coast.

The 9000 sqft Drench Outlet, located at Nuffield Road in Poole, will act as a showroom for Drench, for customers in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) areas.

It will provide a space to showcase a number of its own range bathroom products, including the classically-styled Butler & Rose, which was highly commended in the Ideal home Awards 2024, and contemporary ranges from Vellamo, Drench and Harbour.

The store will also have a range of reduced price clearance stock and act as a second Click & Collect location for online purchases, in addition to the company’s HQ at Bournemouth Aviation Business Park.

The outlet will create one new job for the area initially with hopes for additional positions in the future.

Beyond Retail has a family of brands including Drench, Tap Warehouse and Only Radiators and Drench Trade, which launched in 2024, offering professionals access to site-wide discounts, a dedicated account manager, an online ordering facility and delivery perks.

Collectively, the e-commerce business stocks over 20,000 products from 50 manufacturers and brands across bathrooms, kitchens, heating and accessories.
