British furniture manufacturer Atlanta Bathrooms will enhance its delivery process, with a revamped process, from February 2025.

British furniture manufacturer Atlanta Bathrooms will enhance its delivery process, with a revamped process, from February 2025.

Atlanta Bathrooms enhances delivery service

Focused on keeping the customer informed, it will include an order acknowledgment, delivery confirmation within 48-72 hours of the order, and despatch notification when the order has left the warehouse.

Using this process, the products will be delivered within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability.

Atlanta Bathrooms reports over 90% of its products are made in-house for quality assurance, with “first time on time” deliveries using an Atlanta-trained delivery team.

In addition, the company offers a pre-installation no-quibble guarantee, if damages are detected within 28 days of receipt or prior to fitting.

For non-faulty items that are no longer required, the manufacturer accepts (subject to a re-stocking charge and timescale) as long as they are in resaleable condition.
