Across combined kitchen, utility and dressing room sales, Rotpunkt recorded a 2.4% sales decline in 2024, due to losses in the Benelux, Austrian and Swiss regions.
However, it reported double digit growth in France, and stated sales in Germany, Scandinavia and the UK remained stable and led to a slight increase in market share.

Rotpunkt stated its most important markets in 2024 were centred around the Netherlands, Germany and France, followed by the UK, Belgium and Scandinavia.
As of December 31, 2024, the company’s export rate remained constant at 80%.
Commenting on the results, managing partner Andreas Wagner said: “Although we lost sales overall, this was significantly less that the market as a whole.
“As a result, we were able to maintain our market share in most countries and even increase it in some cases.
“The difficult overall saturation in the European kitchen market is characterised by factors such as weak new construction business, high interest rates on loans and a general reluctance to spend.
“The fact that we were able to distance ourselves from all the negativity in the market is a positive.
“However, there is still room for improvement in the sales result.”
Rotpunkt forecasts a turnover for the company year at “€100million plus X” with growth in France, Germany, Scandinavia and the UK in 2025.
Reporting a “flying start” to the year, it claims the projected turnover can be attributed to the “significant” rise in orders in November and December 2024.
Most recently, Rotpunkt announced a €50million investment into a new warehouse and logistics building.
