Managing director of Wren Living, Armando Sanchez said: “The rebrand is a natural step for us as we expand our offer into new areas such as free standing home furniture. Wren Living perfectly describes the wide range of home interiors products and designs on offer at Wren stores.”
The launch of the Wren Living brand follows the recent acquisition of the 180-acre former Kimberly-Clark manufacturing plant in Barton-upon-Humber, which is now being converted into ‘The Nest’ – a head office with a customer service department plus warehousingand manufacturing facilities.
The company is expecting to create around 500 new jobs over the next five years as well as introducing 60 new stores across the UK in the next three years. Wren Living currently employs 1,200 people across the UK, 650 of which are in the Humber region.
