Maida Vale showroom adds Chelsea location
Maida Vale-based interior design showroom Day True is expanding the two-year old business to open a second showroom in Chelsea in October.
The 1,800sq ft showroom, Day True II, will open on the Fulham Road in Chelsea and will feature kitchen furniture from Scavolini, appliances from VZUG, Gaggenau and Siemens, plus brassware from Axor, Dornbracht and CEA.
In addition, there will be bathrooms from Rexa Design and Scavolini, including the Diesel Social Kitchen from the fashion brand. Plus there will be lighting from Brokis, Foscarini and Vibia, bedrooms from Bonaldo and Jesse, as well as the UK’s first display of Glass Deluxe wardrobes.

Completing the line-up of products Day True II will also showcase its own range of flooring, spanning wood, tile, stone and carpet.
The Day True business is run under the creative direction of co-founders Tony Robson and Hayley Tarrington- Robson.
Speaking about the choice of location for the second showroom, Tony Robson commented: ““Chelsea feels like a home-from-home for Day True. The corner location – it’s position in the heart of the Chelsea design scene – we saw it and knew it was right for us. The new Fulham Road location is Maida Vale’s twin.”
He continued: “We do serious, real interior design with an edge, but we are really approachable. We like the old ‘corner shop’ philosophy of being a homely and welcoming neighbourhood hub, but we offer great design and creative ideas instead of sweets. Chelsea is our ideal second home.”
