Design Director of Dulux Design Service, Marianne Shillingford commented: “People often struggle to find the right interior designer to get the best look for their home and don’t know where to enlist the help of a professional expert. We firmly believe that TrustMark offers a point of differentiation in this competitive domestic market and provides homeowners, self-builders and renovators with a platform to find good quality, reliable and competent designers.
“As with TrustMark, we aim to meet the highest standards in our industry and have put rigorous quality systems in place ensuring all our designers have been inspected and work to Government-endorsed standards. We want to see recognition of good interior designers and without the TrustMark badge our members would not be able to provide their customers with the assurance and confidence that they are dealing with a quality expert.”
Chief executive of TrustMark, Simon Ayers added: “We are delighted to be building our relationship with Dulux, a very well respected and recognised global brand. TrustMark has been working with Dulux since 2006 and this recent announcement exhibits their willingness to further embrace the high standards and responsibilities that we expect from our member firms. Customers can now feel confident when selecting a TrustMark-registered Dulux interior designer.”
