Astro Lighting is officially presented the Queen’s Award for Enterprise
British manufacturer Astro Lighting was presented with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade by a representative of Her Majesty the Queen. The Lord Lieutenant of Essex, Lord Petre presented the UK’s highest business accolade to managing director John Fearon.
The award acknowledges Astro lighting for its continuous sales achievements, which have resulted in sustainable growth. The company has produced double digit growth with sales up 31% for the last financial year and its turnover is expected to reach £12m.
Founded in 1997 by John Fearon and design director John Bassant, Astro Lighting has become a worldwide supplier to high-end residential and hospitality sectors.
