Bathroom Brands Group has acquired all Showerwall assets from administration, through FRP Advisory, for an undisclosed sum.
It follows on from Showerwall’s former parent company International Decorative Surfaces calling in administrators, who put the business up for sale/
The acquisition of assets includes the head office and production facility in Stoke-on-Trent as well as IP and all stocks relating to Showerwall.

Additionally, 19 employees across production, sales and marketing who are focused on Showerwall will be employed by Bathroom Brands Group as part of the acquisition of assets from FRP.
It will see the Showerwall brand now sit alongside the group’s portfolio including Crosswater, Burlington, Britton & Clearwater Interiors and expands product categories.
The Showerwall business will continue to be run as a division of the Bathroom Brands Group, as today, from their head office and production facility in Stoke-on-Trent.
