Handmade kitchen company Olive & Barr has opened its flagship showroom, The Barn, on a country estate in Worcestershire.

It has relocated its Malvern business to a 6,500sqft Grade II Jacobean barn, within Kyre Park in Tenbury Wells.

Spanning 40 acres this privately-owned estate, originally designed in 1754 by landscape architect Capability Brown, features five lakes, waterfalls, and follies.

The Barn showroom features three kitchen displays on the ground floor and a further two on the mezzanine.

Each display is arranged in life-like room sets, with mix of colours, textures and scents, enabling customers to visualise an Olive & Barr kitchen in their own home.

Throughout the space, The Soho Lighting Company provides a welcoming ambience, and has a display of lighting options, switches, and sockets, from pendants to wall lights.

There are also displays from Ca’Pietra and Bidbury & Co taps.

For those visiting the barn to place an order, Olive & Barr provides complimentary nights stay in a self-contained apartment, which accommodates up to four guests, on the  estate.

Founded by cabinet market Al Bruce in 2018, Olive & Barr offers a signature, handmade Shaker style with showrooms in South London and Cheltenham.

Commenting on the launch, Al Bruce said: “We are delighted to be opening our showroom doors to our most exciting venture to date.

“We’ve given a fresh take on how customers shop and visualise their kitchens.

“Each guest can fully immerse themselves into the unique kitchens to discover the quality, style and bespoke elements we so proudly offer at Olive & Barr.
