Editor of Kitchens & Bathrooms News (KBN) Philippa Turrell commented: “First of all, I would like to offer a huge thanks to our selection panel.
“They were all absolutely dedicated to choosing retailers who have made significant contributions to the industry, representing it at the highest level, and who have created a legacy.”
Commenting on the inaugural inductee presentation, she said: “We will be thrilled to present the inaugural KBB Retail Hall of Fame inductees at the BiKBBI Conference.”
Philippa Turrell added: “Hosted at the conference of the only government sanctioned UK institute dedicated to KBB installation, at a world-renowned conference centre, provides the gravitas the KBB Retail Hall of Fame inductees deserve.
“On behalf of custodian of the KBB Retail Hall of Fame, KBN, I want offer our utmost thanks to the entire team at BiKBBI for offering to host the first presentation.”
CEO of the BiKBBI Damian Walters concluded: “I’m delighted to be supporting KBN’s Hall of Fame, both as a part of the awarding panel and as the host of their first presentation ceremony at our Annual Conference in February.
“Whilst those within the Hall of Fame are unlikely to be seeking recognition for their sustained contribution to our industry, they are fully deserving of the recognition and have indeed earned their place. I couldn’t be happier for them”.
