Global furniture fittings brand Blum has unveiled its new management team, to guide the business towards growth and adaptability in an evolving landscape.
Managing director Mark Richardson has retired and sales and marketing director David Sanders has taken on an international role within the Blum Group.
As a result, Blum has created a leadership team, with former technical manager and leadership team Matthew Glanfield promoted to managing director.

Glanfield has a multi-faceted background in people management, customer service, communication, risk management and leadership.

Former Blum sales representative Ben Cullum has been with the company for 12 years and been promoted to the position of sales director.
He will lead the sales management team and will showcase the value and brand identity of Blum.
National territory manager Ben Muirhead has been named head of business development and national sales manager.
Muirhead has worked for Blum for over a decade and has a network of customers and trusted partners.
With 22 years’ experience working for the company, national business manager Matthew Walmsley is now head of sales controlling and international exchange.
As the most seasoned team member at Blum UK, he will use his wealth of experience to identify and coordinate business strategies, be involved in sales processes and spearhead Blum UK’s goals in international exchange with global partnerships.
Sales and administration manager Priti Briscoe is now head of operational processes and projects.
An experienced project lead, Briscoe has multi-business knowledge, and has worked for the company for nearly a decade.
Completing the leadership team is Ina Kacenaite who has been appointed head of HR and development.
Former staff and organisational development manager, Ina Kacenaite has years of experience in human resources, learning and development, organisation development and coaching.
Mark Richardson remains in the business until he leaves in 2025, supporting and sharing his experience with the new team.
David Sanders also continues to transition into his new role of international sales and marketing consultant to Blum’s global subsidiaries, while also remaining a director at Blum UK.
