UK supplier of bathroom equipment and radiators Brand K Group has acquired the Aqualux brand and select assets for an undisclosed sum.
It is the eighth acquisition for Brand K Group and continues its mission to become a UK leader in the bathroom and HVAC sector, supplying showrooms and merchants.
The Brand K Group plans to build upon Leicestershire-based Aqualux’s near 40-year legacy and supply, where possible, Aqualux’s existing customers, with its showering and bathroom products range.

Aqualux recently fell into administration due to volatile trading conditions in the home improvement sector and inflationary pressures, with the loss of 19 jobs.
Established in 2008 by CEO Alex Norford, Brand K Group is based in Bedford and has operations in Wigan, Leeds, Willenhall, Hull, Tewkesbury and New York.
It employs more than 750 people and has a turnover in excess of £163million,
The first company in the group was Kartell UK and distributes radiators and bathroom fixtures and fittings under the K-RAD and K-VIT brands.
Since 2019, the group has acquired a series of UK-based manufacturers including Just Trays, Vogue UK, Summerbridge, MX Group and Paladin Radiators.
