Top Employers are organisations that have demonstrated “exceptional commitment” to creating and implementing workplace practises that empower their employees.

To achieve this recognition, BSH underwent an analysis of its human resources management and employee conditions.

As part of the evaluation process, the company participated in the Best Practice Survey, covering various topics such as learning and development, career and succession management, talent strategy and acquisition.

The Top Employers Institute, established over 30 years ago, has certified and recognised more than 2,200 Top Employers in 122 countries, impacting 9 million employees.

 Its certification is globally acknowledged and serves as a benchmark for excellence in HR practices
