CEO and president of premium appliance brand Bertazzoni Paolo Bertazzoni has been awarded the title of “Cavaliere del Lavoro” (Knight of Labour).
The honour was presented by the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella
Conferred annually since 1901, to a maximum of 25 entrepreneurs, Cavaliere del Lavoro is presented to those businesses who have “significantly” contributed to the national economy and improvement of the living and working conditions in the country.

Founded in 1882 by Francesco Bertazzoni in Guastalla (RE), Bertazzoni is one of the first registered brands in Italy and is listed in the Italian Register of Historic Enterprises.
Paolo Bertazzoni is the fifth generation of the family-run business, which is based in Guastalla, having led the company since 1999.
The appliance manufacturer produces more than 200,000 units per year, has seven commercial branches across Europe, Australia, Asia, and the United States, exports to 60 countries and employs around 250 people
