Combined Independents (Holdings) Ltd (CIH), part of European electrical buying organisation Euronics, has appointed Harry Kyriacou as CEO.
His appointment, which is effective from February 10, follows on from Paul Tyler stepping down after three years in the role.
Kyriacou brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as chief commercial officer at Strix for the past five years.

His career also includes senior positions with appliance brands such as GDCA, Whirlpool, and Philips Consumer Electronics.
A statement read: “The board is confident that Mr. Kyriacou’s leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving the continued success and growth of the company.”
It continued: “We want to thank Mr. Paul Tyler for his dedication and leadership during his tenure and wish him the best in his future endeavours.
Combined Independents (Holdings) Ltd (CIH) has around 450 members, totalling approximately 620 stores across the UK and Ireland, and provides a range of services to support independent electrical retailers.
