“He has overseen a revolution in our website and marketplace offering, created a new team dedicated to supporting members and introduced exciting new partnerships with Fair For You and Trust Power.

“His understanding and support in what we do as members has allowed us to achieve industry recognition with Which? and Feefo.

“Paul has always been a total professional in his extensive career and will continue to support CIH until April next year to complete current projects.”

During his tenure, CIH has worked with the team to create a Euronics brand voice, characterised by clarity, authenticity, and customer-centric values.

The business is dedicated to serving local communities, building a deeper connection with customers and fostering trust and loyalty.

In addition, new product categories have been added to the portfolio and the CIH Showcase event has continued to grow.

“CIH is in a great place, and much of that is because of the vision, hard work and commitment that Paul has shown to the business,” continued Scogings.

“Euronics continues to lead the way in delivering exceptional services and advocacy and, under Paul’s leadership, we are delivering unparalleled value to CIH members.

“We wish him all the best for the future.”
