Clearwater Products has announced changes to its management team, following the promotion of Andrew Hall from general manager to managing director.

In addition, procurement manager Daniel Boulton has now stepped up to the position of sales & procurement director.
Both Hall and Boulton are longstanding Clearwater employees, who have worked for the company for 20 years in various positions.

According to the company, Hall’s promotion to MD reflects his commitment, loyalty and deep understanding of the organisation’s culture and values.
Throughout his career with Clearwater, he has managed various departments, gaining an understanding of the business and its interconnected parts.
With a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency, he has been instrumental in maximising the profitability of the company and strengthening Clearwater’s competitive edge.

Daniel Boulton started his career with the company in 2005 with a work experience placement, leading to a part-time role.
In 2008, at the age of 18, he transitioned to a full-time position as a warehouse junior.
This hands-on experience across various roles and departments, allowing him to develop an understanding of the company’s operations and products.
Clearwater reports his acquired skills and knowledge played a pivotal role in its product development and brand progress, contributing to its success.

Established in 2000, Clearwater offers kitchen sinks and taps, including its latest Solar collection, all supplied by its own fleet from its Tewkesbury-based distribution centre.
