Ceramic Tile Distributors (CTD) is relocating to a “state-of-the-art” facility, set to open in mid-February, to enhance operational efficiencies and support growth.
Following the acquisition of CTD by Topps Tiles, the company is now part of the group under Tiles4less Limited.
It will move from its current site in Kings Norton, Birmingham, to the 65,000 sqft, newly refurbished facility at Northampton Prologis Park, Pineham.

Designed to support its retail trade centres, housebuilders, and architectural sales sectors, according to CTD, the new site offers improved transport links, tailored warehouse facilities, increased racking capacity, and modern office spaces.
The company reports its facility at Northampton Prologis Park strengthens its capabilities to support customers with future-proof logistics, faster delivery times, and offer a broader selection of products.
General manager at CTD Brian Linnington commented on the move: “The team at CTD is very pleased to be taking the next step in our journey by opening a new, larger, and more efficient warehouse.
“This will help us build the business and more effectively support our customers, ensuring excellent service is at the heart of everything we do.”
