Irish surround manufacturer Flair Showers has acquired 100% of Essex-based enclosure and screen business The Shower Lab for an undisclosed sum.
Managing director of The Shower Lab Max Finaldi has decided to sell the business for health reasons.

As part of the Sanbra Group Showering Division, The Shower Lab will sit alongside Flair, Majestic Showers and Geesa accessories.
Max Finaldi launched premium shower surround business The Shower Lab in 2021, having worked in the industry for 30 years, for the likes of West One Bathrooms and Just Add Water.
The business was initially created to offer high quality, made-to-measure shower spaces but expanded into standard size enclosures to offer quicker delivery and more cost-effective solutions.
Most recently, it has focused on developing finishes and glass textures and laid out its vision to be one of the most desirable screen manufacturers in the UK.
The Shower Lab will continue to operate independently, and reports it remains business as usual, offering the same products and services to the market.
All staff will remain with the company, which will led by commercial operations director Dileep Arulmoli, and Max Finaldi will also remain available in an advisory capacity.
Managing director of Flair Showers Martin Murphy confirmed the company has acquired The Shower Lab.
Commenting on the purchase he said “We respect and admire The Shower Lab brand and are excited to invest in the business.
“The Shower Lab will continue to operate independently, business as usual, offering the same products and services to its loyal customer base.
“All staff will remain with the company led by commercial operations director, Dileep Arulmoli.
“We are delighted to welcome our new colleagues on board our team.”
