The GIVE (Grohe Installer Vocational Training and Education) Program is supporting female plumbers with sponsorship of HIP’s Female Skills Competition 2024.
It is the second time Grohe has been headline sponsor of this annual, female-only skills competition having supported the debut event last year.
Organised by HIP magazine, dedicated to plumbing and heating students. the competition allows contestants to showcase their skills and talent amongst comparable peers.

The Female skills competition 2024 will see up to 36 Level 2 and Level 3 plumbing & heating college learners compete in three regional heats for a chance to reach the grand finale.
The regional heats, of practical demonstrations, will take place on February 27 at Bath College, March 5 at Leicester College and March 7 at Kirklees College, Huddersfield.
The winner and runner-up from each regional heat will go on to the finale at Stephenson College, Coalville on April 17.
GIVE program Leader Chis Penney will attend the finale to handout prizes and congratulate the winners.
With its GIVE Program, Grohe supports plumbing schools across the EMENA region with education of young installers, providing an installer-training space, complete with equipment and training material.
After graduation, Grohe supports the students in gaining work experience or placements at Grohe partners.
A training facility has been operating for several years at the Colchester Institute, with it used as an international blueprint to provide skilled installers on a global scale.
