Appliance manufacturer Haier Europe has appointed Diego Perrone as managing director UK & Ireland, effective from October 1, 2024.

Appliance manufacturer Haier Europe has appointed Diego Perrone as managing director UK & Ireland, effective from October 1, 2024.

Haier names Diego Perrone as UK MD

He succeeds Neil Tunstall who was recently appointed as CEO of Haier Europe and will report to chief business officer Francesco di Valentin.

In his new role, Perrone will be responsible for expanding the UK and Irish markets and driving profitability and business growth and will be part of the Haier Europe Commercial Leadership Team

Perrone joined the company in 2022 as head of cooling with accountability for the  company’s refrigeration segment and he will also keep this role until a successor is appointed.

With international experience in strategy and marketing across multiple businesses, including industrial goods, Telco & Media, combined with knowledge of the white goods industry.
