Owner of Harrison Bathrooms has refuted circulating rumours the distribution business has been sold.
Headquartered in Leeds, Harrison Bathrooms employs 130 staff members, has over £9m stockholding and is parent company of the Scudo bathroom brand.
In its latest accounts, filed at Companies House for the year ended December 31, 2023, Harrison Bathrooms reported turnover of nearly £41million and EBIDITA of nearly £5.5.million.

James Harrison wrote on LinkedIn: “Harrison Bathrooms has not been sold! I will continue to develop and grow the business with the team.

Harrison Bathrooms signed a distribution deal with Ideal Bathrooms to provide 805 items from its Scudo brand including enclosures, furniture and brassware and extended that partnership to include heating and its Harrogate furniture collection.
Most recently, the company appointed MMB Distribution as exclusive distributor for its Scudo brand in Ireland.
Harrrogate Bathrooms reported a record start to this year, with its biggest order intake ever recorded on one day on January 3, 2024.
