Handmade kitchen furniture manufacturer and retailer Harvey Jones has undertaken a management buy out backed by Coniston Capital.
Managing director of Harvey Jones Darren Woolsgrove led the buyout and will take the business through its next stage of growth.
Darren Woolsgrove will be supported by the incumbent executive board which consists operational director James Hadingham, sales director Matt Dagworthy, creative director Melissa Klink and marketing director Olivia Faranda.

The investment has seen the exit of majority shareholders John Curwen and Andrew Kretzschmar.
Andrew Fawcett, who has over 20 years of experience in executive and nonexecutive roles across multiple sectors, will also join Harvey Jones as a non-executive chairman.
Among his accomplishments, he has chaired manufacturer of beds and mattresses Silentnight Group and holiday park operator Park Holidays Group.

Founded in 1977, Harvey Jones designs and produces handmade and hand painted cabinetry and has 28 showrooms across the UK.
