Bathroom supplier HiB has raised over £25,000 in the first year of fund-raising for its corporate charity Home-Start UK and announced plans for continued support in 2024.
It is the first corporate charity partnership for HiB, which has helped 489 families and raised and £25,872 for Home-Start UK.
Throughout the year, HiB employees have taken part in a number of fund-raising activities from running Landmarks Half Marathon race, to volunteering with local Home-Start branches, assisting families with renovations and donations.

HiB’s director of people and ESG, Emma Cuggy commented on the partnership achievements: “We are incredibly pleased with our first year working alongside Home-Start UK.
“The engagement and commitment from our team has been extraordinary.
“We look forward to building on this success and making an even greater impact in 2024 and beyond.”
The impact of these efforts has helped fund the recruitment and training of 539 additional Home-Start volunteers through 2023 and 2024.
Each volunteer typically assists six families, which means over 3,000 families could receive the support they need thanks to funding from HiB.
